All rules and regulations must be strictly followed by players, managers, and umpires as is set forth by the ASA.  The official Player Rules are presented in the Players Rules section of this website.  The banned bat list presented on this website is unofficial, so please refer to the official banned bat list on the Amateur Softball Association's website at http://www.softball.org/about/certified_equipment.asp before using or purchasing any bat.  Each player is responsible for knowing if their bat is banned or allowable.
